All swatches are done with the #106 flat shader brush by Sonia Kashuk.  The top row were swatched over the Milani Shadow Eyez Pencil in 10 Almond Cream and the bottom row over Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

Update February 3, 2016:
Now that I’ve been playing around with this palette for about a month, I thought I’d give you my thoughts.  First of all, I think the range of colors in the line is great and has something for everyone.  I decided to purchase one of the more neutral options and felt that earthy elements would suit my skin tone the best.  Overall, these eyeshadows have a good amount of pigment and they blend well in my experience.  I do use Too Faced Shadow Insurance as a primer, and I have been setting that with shade 2 each time I’ve used this palette.  I’ve been looking for an orange shadow to use as a transition shade and shade 3 fits the bill.  I think alot of people may be picking up this palette for that shade in particular, and I don’t think they’ll be disappointed.

A downside for me has been that there isn’t enough difference between shades 4 and 6.  On my skin tone, they appear identical on the eyelid.  As you can see in the swatches, I did try these over the Milani Shadow Eyes Pencil in Almond Cream.  I was hoping that using a base would help, but again on the eyes 4 and 6 still looked the same to me.  Lastly, shade 1 appears like glitter rather than a cream shade and I’m not a fan of that personally.

Despite my two complaints, I have been enjoying this palette and I think it is great for everyday use.  Milani did a good job formulating this and including a variety of finishes in one palette definitely makes it a stand out in the drug store market.  Hopefully, the other palettes in the range perform just as well.

This palette retails for $8.09 at Target.com and $11.00 at milanicosmetics.com.
